About iWIN
Insurance Women's Inclusivity Network
iWIN Promotes Progression and Development Through
- In-person & Virtual Events
- Relationship Building
- Networking
Welcome to iWIN. We do and are here for ‘what it says on the tin’.
A network for insurance women who come together to support each other, acquiring knowledge, skills and connections to develop and accelerate their careers.
We encourage everyone to join our gender inclusive events.
As part of the Worshipful Company of Insurers since its launch in 2014, iWIN aims to provide up-to-date information on key professional and technical advances while balancing this with tools and insight.
This is all geared towards how female professionals can actively manage and be thoughtful and strategic about their own career progression and the challenges they may face on their career journey.
iWIN has a diverse committee that oversees and inspires its work.
“Call it a clan, call it a network, call it a tribe, call it a family: whatever you call it, whoever you are, you need one.” ~ Elizabeth Jane Howard
2024 sees iWIN celebrate its 10th anniversary. This was marked with a reception for 200 members and guests at The Old Bailey on 23 January.
