Tour of the Old Bailey

During their year of office, the two Sheriffs of London live at the Old Bailey, where they have certain responsibilities to carry out.  

WCI members have the opportunity to meet Sheriff David Chalk for light refreshments in the Judges Dining Room. We will then be given a tour of the Courts, hopefully including Court 1 (the most famous court in the world, where many high profile trials have taken place), subject to cases proceeding at the time.  We should also be able to go down underground to see the holding cells, and then finish the tour in the Great Hall.

Places are strictly limited and so will be available only to members in the first place. Non- Member guests will be added to a waitlist and offered a place once WCI members have had the opportunity to book.
