iWIN Speed Mentoring

iWIN is pleased to invite you its Speed Mentoring Event for iWIN members and their allies from across the insurance industry.

If you have never tried speed mentoring before, it is a great way to get face to face time with mentors from across the insurance market. Just like speed-dating, over the course of an evening mentors and mentees will have a series of short, focused sessions which aim to tackle challenges or specific issues in the working environment. Mentoring sessions will start promptly at 6pm and last for one hour before refreshments are served and members will have an opportunity to network.

Past feedback has been extremely positive, with both mentors and mentees realising the value of the interactions last well beyond the event. Our mentors volunteer their time and have an amazing range of experience so get ready for challenging but fun sessions.
