Join us for the third Forum of the 2025 Programme
"Diversity, Equity and Inclusion - Good intentions or Effective Outcomes?"
After a decade or more of remarkable focus by civil society, Government, Regulators and Employers on D,E&I, it is fair to ask what has been achieved towards the business outcomes promised? And are we achieving a sustainable and beneficial model across the piece including in more recent areas of focus like ethnicity and social mobility.
Or else, as some current rhetoric from the US would have it, have our good intentions resulted in the exact opposite of Equity and Inclusion? Importantly, what is the “Lived Experience” behind the statistics?
We are fortunate to be joined by an expert panel who will explore these issues from the wider perspective of UK business, the narrower focus of the Insurance sector and through the legal and Regulatory lens:
Asha Musoni from CBI
Caroline Wagstaff from The London Market Group
Felix Wong from Allianz
Kate Meadowcroft from DWF Law
There will be plenty of time for a Q&A from our audience, to be facilitated by Vivine Cameron from the CII.
