iWIN Partners in Industry Mentoring Initiative

iWIN – the Independent Women in Insurance Network – is following up its successful mentoring events with the launch of Inspire, in co-operation with iCAN – the Insurance Cultural Awareness Network – and PwC. Described as the first fully cross-industry insurance mentoring programme of its kind, Inspire will offer access to senior executive mentors and support the building of strong mentoring relationships. It also aims to significantly enhance the level of socialisation opportunities for professional and personal development across the industry for people of BAME, multicultural or international backgrounds or heritage.
