Insurers' Company events back in full swing
Written by David Worsfold on 17th January 2022
The Worshipful Company of Insurers' event programme for 2022 is getting back into full swing in anticipation of the continued easing of the constraints imposed in repsonse to the Covid-19 pandemic.
"We are delighted to be able to welcome back members and their guests to face-to-face events with a growing sense of confidence that they will take place", said Master David Sales.
"We have all understood why the public health measures imposed over the last two years have been necessary but we know that our members place great value on the fellowship and networking that can only be achieved through in-person events. We have a wide range of events coming up and the programme is growing all the time.
"We have also learnt that virtual events have an important part to play in our engagement with members and the wider insurance market and these will continue to feature in our programme."
Among the in-person events scheduled in the first quarter of 2022 are:
• New Year Lunch • 27 January, Little Ship Club – last few places left
• Monthly Livery Lunch • 4 February, City University Club
• Winter Lunch • 16 March, Drapers' Hall
The full programme of in-person and virtual events can be found on the Events page.
